(DMD - TSX V) was formed in February, 2005 as a result of the amalgamation between Klad Enterprises Ltd. and Slave Lake Diamond Corp.   Diamond Hawk Mining Corp. is a natural resource exploration company headquartered in Cranbrook, British Columbia, Canada.  The Company's main focus is the exploration of diamond and gold properties.  Presently the Company is actively exploring in the Northwest Territories and Yukon.
